What's a Happy Footstep???                                                                                               Waking up with a Smile on your face. Making a Tasty breakfast. Oh Yeah! I Love Pancakes!

Pancake Recipe:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour                                                                                              3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder                                                                                        1 tablespoon white sugar                                                                                                  1 1/4 salt, or more to taste                                                                                                1 1/4 cups of milk                                                                                                                3 tablespoons butter, melted                                                                                            1 large egg                                                                                                                              

Directions: Put all ingredients in medium to large bowl. Mix very well. Mix until smooth. Can use a non stick pan or iron skillet. Depending on the size of pancake you like. Make pancake small or large. You want to turn the pancake over. When pancake is a golden brown on both sides. Yeah! The pancakes are finished. Put pancakes on a large plate. If you would like, you can smooth butter on top of pancake.

Optional: Add pecans, almonds, strawberries, cream corn, blueberries chocolate to batter. 

Make a Happy Face with whip cream on the pancakes.
